Great, supportive, friendly environment

It was pretty terrible as an FY1 - we were very overworked and understaffed and many consultants were just flat out rude. Absolutely zero training or teaching and no opportunity to even go into theatres. The hospital itself has very kind staff but it is severely struggling and thus it is truly brutal working there. My fellow foundation colleagues were fantastic however. Perhaps a typical struggling DGH experience?
