- Able to attend clinics and clinics are extremely well supported
- Able to do procedures relevant to the specialty
- Very friendly environment
- Great on call facilities, there is an on call room with bed, kitchen facilities, bathroom, computer, and patio
- High levels of locum staffing vs doctors in training
- Very poor handover, there isn't really one
