100% service provision. You work 30-60mins minimum unpaid. You are expected to turn up 30mins early to start but some consultants want to to show up even earlier to have the list ready. Registrars and most consultants are pretty friendly but the work is 100% service provision without anything to show for it. There is no departmental teaching or any teaching.
