On call (08:00-17:00/20:00) Night shifts (20:00-08:00) Allocated operating theatre with a consultant Often on calls would be have you down in ED Rest of the time you’d take referrals from wards including paediatrics. GP calls or more serious things such as major Trauma would directly to the Registrar who’s on call with you and carries the WiFi phone.
