Busy department but supportive seniors who take a vested interest in your teaching. On calls are staffed very short and there are frequently rostering shortages that are not covered due to sickness etc. Likely as they do not escalate rates to comparable levels as nearby hospitals (£5 more for an on the day shift) Excellent rota and admin support staff however e.g. let you take off a day in exchange for you filling locum shifts.
