I loved working at GSTT for my F1. Rotated in Geris, vascular and rheum. All phenomenal jobs, with loads of support. Vascular was a busy and stressful job, but really learned a lot. Rheum was a really interesting, hadn't thought much about it as a career before but working with the amazing team its led me to chase it as a career. Loads of opportunities to build portfolio- felt safe practicing. On-calls and nights were always really supported and never too busy. Great place overall to work!

Very specialised, so good experience. Juniors were largely paperwork serfs, as with the rest of the trust. The lack of opportunities and toxic consultant atmosphere here really coloured my experience.
