Unsupportive team of consultants (apart from like 2) - don’t even make us “little” ones feel part of a team. As a junior your are there to keep your head down, see as many patients as you can and don’t disturb them otherwise. Supportive department, keen to teach. Busy but always help on hand. You learn loads but the rota can be rough at times.
Great department, very good team working between doctors and ANPs with clear division of roles. Great support from consultants and one of the best rota patterns I experienced in foundation with a dedicated non-doctor rota co-ordinator. Nice big break room and locker rooms.
