A toxic department with many issues. Training experience poor

Not perfect. But from my experience a supportive and friendly department providing many training opportunities.

Awful toxic department Clinical director bullies and blames foundation doctors for problems occurring elsewhere Significant patient safety issues No support from seniors No educational opportunities Foundation doctors merely used for service provision and no respect is given for their training. Staff morale is very low and junior doctors are not treated with the respect they deserve
