Canteen does a breakfast that starts at 8am. 5 items costs 3.3 pounds. Lunch served from 12-2pm-that’s it so bring your own food if on call. There is a Starbucks though open till 8pm.

The Trust first offered F2 O&G posts in 2022. Understandably this means the trainers aren't all that familiar with the FP requirements and Horus. F1s in EM are supernumerary so the rota is actually quite nice, mostly normal working days with some acute medicine on call shifts in AMU. Note this was a 50:50 split with another department. I am reviewing the general medical on calls. SHO rota is quite intense-felt like I was always on call. I had 2 sets of nights in 1 month.
